Privacy
This site has no analytics, no ads and no third-party scripts. The only personal data it keeps is what you send through the subscribe form.
What is stored
- Your name and email address.
- The date and time you agreed, and which consent text you saw (version 2026-09-13).
- A keyed hash of your IP address, used to limit abuse. It is pseudonymous, not anonymous: anyone with the site's secret key could match it to an IP address.
- Your browser's user agent and the page where you submitted the form.
Why
So Pablo Ojeda can reach out about new writing and projects. You agreed to: "I agree to pablim.dev storing my name and email so Pablo can reach out about new writing and projects." No emails are sent automatically.
Who processes it
Nobody else gets the list. It lives in a database on a server hosted by Oracle Cloud, and encrypted backups are kept on that server and in Cloudflare R2.
How long it is kept
Until you ask for it to be deleted. After deletion, the record can remain in encrypted backups for up to 14 days (on the server) or 30 days (offsite) before those backups rotate out.
Delete your data
Email pablomojeda@gmail.com from the address you subscribed with and it will be removed.
